The 2 hectares of completely fenced park of VILLA VESTAE are characterised by large areas of plush lawn around the house, dotted with fragrant, colourful flowers, and a large wooded area. A well-kept garden full of herbs, roses and lavender, fig, apricot and cherry trees and a cosy living area in front of the entrance complete this beautiful outdoor area.

You will be able to enjoy meals in the limonaia next to the kitchen. In the pool area is a large gazebo with table and chairs, perfect for dining or just enjoying a glass of wine in good company while admiring the sunset with a breathtaking view over Lake Trasimeno and the surrounding hills.

The paved provincial road takes you immediately to the automatic entrance gate. Between the iron gate and the property is the parking area, shaded by tall trees.
